My Personal Nose Job Recovery Diary: 30 Days from a Patient Perspective

Day 4: Initial Checkup

First doctor’s visit post-op! 🩺 The surgeon checked my nose, ensuring everything was healing as planned. The reassurance that all was well was a huge relief. At home, I began gently walking around the house, keeping active within limits, trying to kickstart my healing.💫

Day 5: Rest and Reflections

A quieter day. With most of my time spent resting, I reflected on why I did this—remembering the discomfort of my old nose while trying to sleep. It was horrible…🤦 strained breaths, wheezing, and a crooked and bony-looking disaster. But after all, I think it was a good idea to nose job recovery diary my thoughts and feelings, which became a therapeutic part of my recovery. It has become a funny schmoozer that is the kind of thing I’d do to relieve my worries and to look at the future, laugh a bit, and have fun.

Day 6: Seeing Improvements

Finally, some noticeable reduction in swelling! Each glance in the mirror showed a slight return to normalcy, or rather, a new normal. My spirits lifted—there was light at the end of this swollen, bruised tunnel.💁‍♀️
